Who we are
Margin is a growth-systems consultancy for Australian service businesses, based in Sydney, New South Wales. Australian law applies to these terms and to any dispute about them.
What this site is
A description of what we do, published examples of our work, articles, and a couple of free tools. It is information, not advice about your particular business, and it is not financial, legal, or accounting advice.
The calculators and the free audit
The missed-call ROI calculator produces an estimate from the numbers you type in. It is arithmetic on your assumptions, not a forecast, and we do not warrant the output.
The free leak audit is a genuine human review with no obligation on either side. It is our opinion formed from what we can observe publicly plus what you tell us. We may decline to run one, and we may stop offering it. Any dollar figure in an audit is an estimate of opportunity, not a promise of a result.
Results and case studies
Published results are real, measured on the client's own systems, and attributable to the named client. They are not a prediction of what your business will do. Different business, different market, different result.
We do not publish fabricated numbers. If a figure on this site is ever wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
What you submit
Give us accurate information, and only information you have the right to share. What happens to it is set out in our privacy policy. Do not use the forms or the chat to send anything unlawful, abusive, or malicious, and do not attempt to break, overload, or scrape this site.
Our content
The words, design, code, and images on this site are ours unless credited otherwise. Quote us with attribution and a link — that is welcome. Republishing a page wholesale as your own is not.
Client names and logos shown in our work belong to those clients and appear with their agreement.
Third-party links
We link out to tools, vendors, and sources, including vendors we compare on price. A link is not an endorsement and we are not responsible for anyone else's site or product.
Availability and liability
We will keep the site up but we do not guarantee it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or the free tools on it. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
