Who runs Margin

An engineer who only gets paid when your system produces.

Margin is run by a backend engineer at a global tech platform. Production systems by day, 60+ AI automations running daily across client and internal operations, and one rule: we earn a share of measured revenue, or we earn nothing.

Why Margin exists

Most growth help sold to small business is a deck. A workshop, a roadmap, an invoice, and nothing running in the business a month later. The owner is left exactly where they started, minus the fee.

Margin was built as the opposite. We install working systems: lead generation, five-minute response, reactivation, attribution, cash recovery. Production software wired into the tools you already run, measured against a baseline we snapshot on day one.

The name is the promise. Wider profit margins, and more room in your week.

The approach

One lead generation engine fills the pipe. Six supporting engines make sure nothing leaks between an enquiry and money in the bank: conversion, response, reactivation, attribution, cash and back-office, and a weekly intelligence brief. Underneath them all sits one clean customer record. Yours, not rented.

We build in the order that compounds fastest. For our current engagement, that meant the foundation first: a rebuilt website, one clean customer spine, and attribution from first click to collected dollar, all live before a single ad ran.

See the work, measured

The model

We work on a performance share of measured revenue. The baseline is snapshotted on day one, results are measured against it for sixty days, and we only earn when the system produces. If it does not, we walk.

That model only works with the right businesses, so engagements are by application. Good work, real volume, and an owner who wants the engine fixed rather than admired.
