Goldenwood proved its own demand in a single month. Then we built the system to capture it.
The problem
Goldenwood's owner ran his own test. He switched on paid traffic for the first time, and online revenue jumped roughly six times in a single month. The demand was real, and the site converted the moment it was fed. What the business could not do was capture, score, route or attribute any of it, and that gap is the engagement.
Goldenwood is a profitable maker. Strong margins, a growing order book, work good enough that customers come back years later and ask for the next piece. The business was never the problem.
The engine around it was. Enquiries arrived through the website, Instagram and the phone, and often waited overnight for a reply, answered by the owner personally after hours. Quotes went out and nobody chased them. Marketing spend went out and nobody could say what came back.
And underneath it, the data. Customers lived in one system, orders in another, contacts in a third. Nobody had ever joined them, so nobody could see the whole picture, from the first click to the collected dollar.
What we built
The foundation that turns enquiries into tracked, collected revenue. Everything below is built and running on our own infrastructure today, wired into the tools they already use.
We rebuilt their site on Next.js and wired every channel into it. Web forms, Instagram, phone and Calendly bookings now land in one place, each stamped with its source the moment it arrives. The booking flow is validated end to end, so a serious enquiry can be answered in minutes instead of overnight.
We pulled their customer data out of three disconnected systems and migrated it into one AI-native CRM. Deduplicating 200 raw records surfaced 174 unique customers, including 18 high-value repeat trade accounts that had gone quiet. These are buyers who already trust the work and just stopped being asked; each is queued for a systematic follow-up.
First-party tracking now runs from the first click to the collected dollar, written to a tamper-evident ledger. The rebuilt booking flow stamps every enquiry with its source, so when the ad channels switch on, every channel reports in collected revenue, not clicks.
We didn't just advise. We designed and built Goldenwood's website, the storefront the demand was landing on, and run it on our own infrastructure.
Before and after
Everything above is built and running on our own infrastructure, so the client carries none of the build risk. The 60-day proof window now measures what it produces, new revenue, new leads and hours saved, against a day-one baseline. We work on a performance share of measured revenue: if the system does not produce, we do not earn.
